Hello,

I look forward to working with you!

For new patients struggling with hormone health (i.e. perimenopause/menopause, PCOS), digestive concerns or metabolic health, please schedule a Discovery Call to allow us to make sure I am the right practitioner for you.

For returning patients, if this is your second appointment, kindly book a 45-minute follow-up. For subsequent return visits, please schedule either a 30, 45, or 60-minute appointment. Choose a longer duration if you require a more comprehensive review of your health and care plan.

If I have not seen you for longer than one year, please book a 45-minute follow-up.

If you have any difficulties booking, please do not hesitate to contact my office at (236) 969-0510 or email us at info@drsarahnyrose.com.

Warmly,

Dr. Sarah, ND
